KICD100 is a small volume integrated dehumidifier with automatic frost function and low temperature dehumidification developed by Kuyud electric Ltd. The device is developed by the principle of semiconductor thermoelectric conversion. Through heating the air, the air can hold more water, the hot air is pumped to the cold end, and the air suddenly condenses into small water droplets. The control device is controlled by microcomputers to control the mode through the drainage tube after the collection of the water through the internal collector. In addition to the semiconductor thermoelectric dehumidification mode, it also has parameters such as temperature and humidity in the monitoring cabinet.

The product is small in size, high in efficiency, safe and reliable. Installation of ultra thin width design, DIN35mm guide rail installation. The advanced technology of air power and intelligent electronic regulation has the ability of super strong dehumidification. Even if there is a bad sealing condition in the slot of the electric cabinet, it can be dealt with, and the wet gas is displaced from the electric cabinet.

The product program increases the intermittent stop function of the fan, and it will be forced to stop running for 5 minutes after two hours in the working condition, which can effectively increase the service life of the product without affecting the dehumidification efficiency.

The effect of dehumidification is remarkable, energy consumption is low, and the maximum 30W power consumption.

During the working process, the internal temperature rise of the equipment will not be caused, and the hidden danger caused by the high temperature of the heater surface and the influence of the temperature rise inside the cabinet on the equipment will be solved.

The product can achieve humidity setting, telemetry and tele communication output, with external heating contact transmission and transfer (default), suitable for automatic heating when the ambient temperature is below zero. At the same time, the heating output contact can be changed to a failure alarm contact output at the request of customers.

All kinds of power supply modes and products are designed, and users can choose AC/DC110~220V and DC24~48.

Three. Operation flow and control logic

The logic of the panel runs:

When working normally, the digital tube displays the temperature and humidity in the current cabinet. If the malfunction digital tube shows "- ---".

When the humidity value of the environment is greater than the set humidity value, the dehumidifier will start work and the dehumidification indicator light on the panel. When the humidity value of the environment is less than the set humidity value 10%, the machine stops running and the dehumidification indicator is extinguishes. The temperature is below 10 centigrade, and the output is heated.

Operation instructions:

The long press "" "" "key" to enter the menu setting. The digital tube is beating, and the parameters can be set at this time.

To adjust the dehumidification start value, the value of the digital tube pulsation is the dehumidification set value at the time of the dehumidification lamp, and the next setting (setting range 20~99%) is entered when the set value is changed when the value is reached to the required value.

The setting machine number Add. After setting the humidity starting value, enter the setting machine number state, when the T and RH indicator lights are all bright, at this time the numeric value of the digital tube pulsation is the value of the communication machine number. According to the delta key or the key, the set value is changed according to the SET key when the value is reached. (setting range is 1~255)

Set the communication baud rate. When the communication number is finished, the communication baud rate is set. At this time, the T indicator lights up. At this time, the number of the digital tube pulsation is the communication baud rate. According to the "delta" key or "the", the set value is changed when the value is reached to the required value. The set is dropped by the "SET" key. (setting range is 2400~9600)

Four. Type selection of products

KICD100 default is: AC/DC110V~220V, 50/60HZ, power 30W, guide tube L=2m, guide rail installation DIN35mm, belt heating contact.

If other installation methods are needed, such as panel mounting;

Voltage level: voltage if 24~48V DC is needed, or other voltage grades are separately presented when purchasing.

The length of the guide pipe is 2 meters in default, please list separately if necessary.

Five. Installation attention

According to the site installation, determine the installation position, directly fixed to the DIN35mm guide, installation of the dehumidifier to ensure the level of dehumidifier, not to tilt; to ensure that the drainage pipe down.

There is a greater than 20mm space between the four outlets of the dehumidifier and other devices to ensure that the outlet of the front fan is smooth.

The end of the water pipe is connected to the dehumidifier drainage port, fixed with the clamp, and the outlet pipe is kept straight in the middle. The bending radius should not be less than 50mm, not twining, and the other end leads to the outside of the cabinet.

Ensure that the dehumidifier is kept at least 20 cm away from the heat source (such as heater).
